What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you submit it directly — through the contact and Request Analysis forms (name, company, role, email address, and programme description) and through the newsletter subscription form (email address only).
Why we collect it
Contact form submissions are processed to respond to your enquiry and evaluate potential engagements. Newsletter subscriptions are used to send technical updates and insights from the DCE team. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
Legal basis under KVKK
Your data is processed on the basis of explicit consent given at the time of submission, in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address above.
Retention
Contact enquiry data is retained for the duration of any engagement discussion and deleted within 24 months if no engagement follows. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Our newsletter service is operated by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France) under a data processing agreement. Subscriber email addresses are stored on Brevo's servers and processed in accordance with their privacy policy. No other third-party processors handle your personal data.
Your rights under KVKK
Under Law No. 6698 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about processing, understand the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, know which third parties data is transferred to, request rectification or deletion, and object to processing.
